Since he was little, Paul Yevzikov always had dreams of one day working for himself, travelling the world, and taking care of his parents.

Through real estate he quickly found a way to start fulfilling those dreams right away...assuming he could keep his phone ringing with motivated sellers.  So in 2008 he officially quit the rat race to work for himself in both the “outer” and “inner” worlds, and hasn’t looked back since.

Starting with learning to find deals, Paul was determined to break the business down into building blocks that could be grown quickly.  Fervently trying out many strategies, Paul finally worked out a consistent and reliable formula to find deals, invest, and grow a large flipping business in today’s market.

Today Paul focuses on finding deals, and showing others how to master this key part of real estate.  His deep understanding of marketing and innovative techniques have surprised both new and advanced investors alike in revealing that there’s a better and easier way to do this business.

As a young guy starting with nothing but a dream and the determination to succeed, Paul knows for sure that ANYONE can succeed in this business, if they truly want to.  And he is more than glad to help them!

Paul’s main interests are travelling, yoga, ice cream, and the ocean.
