I was able to execute my first short sale deal in sixty days

Nick, On Monday afternoon I went to settlement for a short sale that I submitted shortly after attending your class in early May. Based on your training I was able to execute my first short sale deal in sixty days with Nationstar bank! This may not be the most beautiful deal in the world (it was truly an ugly house with ugly liens) but that was sixty days from submitting the short sale package to closing my Buyer. I collected over $6000 in assignment fees. Your training helped me in three ways: dealing with the BPO, correctly submitting the necessary documents and confidently guiding my real estate attorney, the sellers and the buyer through the process.
